There was a formal black tie dress code for the celebration that was befitting of the grand setting.
In a heartfelt speech, Jay thanked his friends for making him the man he is today and raised a toast to his uncle and grandparents.
As the drinks flowed, the behaviour got more raucous and the ties and jackets came off.
The lads danced and sang to Cher classic Believe, with Jay ad-libbing that he very much did believe in life after love.
To hire the 17th Century venue exclusively costs £10,750 per night and that sleeps 30 people in 15 luxurious double rooms.
There's an option for housing further guests in the pavilions and boat house on the grounds.
There's a spa, golf courses and a private chef service providing delicious a la carte menu.
And for those interested in literary history, the lighthouse on nearby Fidra Island is where Robert Louis Stevenson is said to have written Treasure Island.
Jay found fame when he arrived in the Love Island villa in season eight as a bombshell.
He immediately caught the girls' eyes and enjoyed a snog with eventual series winner Ekin-Su Culculoglu.
Unfortunately Jay didn't find his happily ever after on the show and has stepped away from the reality TV scene since.
