I lost TEN stone after having three kids – and I still eat takeaways, pasta and ice cream, reveals Casey Batchelor
CELEBRITY Big Brother star Casey Batchelor says she's managed to lose 10st after having three kids - but still eats takeaways, pasta and ice cream.
The 39-year-old has revealed the secret behind her incredible transformation as she relaunches her health and wellbeing app, YOGINI FiiT.
Casey uses a clever combination of yoga, sound healing and monitoring hormonal balance to achieve her weight loss as she shows off her body.
"I don’t like to have a strict diet," Casey explains.
"I'll still eat chocolate. I still eat ice cream, but for instance, I’ll have halo top ice cream because it's really low calorie, and it tastes delicious.
"Also I have a sweetener instead of sugar, so I substitute things like that, but I'll still have takeaways.

"I'll make sure I'm having a takeaway and exercise that day to counterbalance it.
"I'll still have pasta for dinner, but it's all about portion control."
Former British glamour model Casey now weighs 8st 2lbs after putting on five and a half stone in her first pregnancy in 2018.
She's lost a total of ten stone since having her three kids, Florence, five, three-year-old Sadie and Daisy, two.
Talking about her life change in recent years, Casey said: "When I was younger and I was out all the time and doing reality shows, I had a lot of fun.
"I feel like I enjoyed life, I experienced stuff, I traveled a lot and it was fun, but I just feel like I'm a different point of my life now.
"I'm happy going to bed at 8pm at night and up in the morning rather the other way round, you know.
"Now, I hardly drink anymore and I just feel good within myself.
" Don't get me wrong, I don't regret the past, because I did have a lot of fun, but I couldn't do that now. Not with my three girls. They are my priority and I need to be the best version of me that I can be."
Casey is rebranding her Yoga Blitz app to focus on wellness after hitting pause for a year.
She added: "Now my oldest is in year one and my other two are in nursery so I've got a little bit more time with my hands and I had people messaging me without fail asking where [the app] was.
"I want make it more like wellness this time. I’ve literally just qualified in sound healing, so I've got that on there.
"I've got a nutritionist on there too, and she looks at hormonal balances as well - things like what to eat at certain times of the month.
"There are still lower calorie meals for people who want weight loss, but it's gonna be more focused on nourishment, because I don't want people to feel like they're on a restricted diet.
