Buying from discount retailer B&M is a fraction of the price of B&Q's three-pack Stone Slab Garden Lawn Border Edgings, which cost £19.95.
The edgings from B&M are sold as 30 pieces of stone slab, which provides a 735.5 centimetre border in total length.
They can be shaped around any border needed, aligned to follow bends, curves or sharp right angles.
When fully assembled, however, the simple interlocking panels from B&M reach 1.04 metres in length.
Both items can therefore provide a "realistic grey cobble stone effect" which facilitates a defined aesthetic around flowerbeds, lawns, vegetable patches, paths, tree rings or decorative displays in the garden.
And both are plastic meaning they are durable to last through all types of weather conditions.
