Shooting reported at Target in Austin, suspect at large: Police

Two people are dead following a shooting at a Target store in Austin, Texas, according to police.

A suspect has been detained, police said.

Austin-Travis County EMS said earlier there were four victims. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately clear.
