I'M A Celebrity's Nella Rose has been forced to leave camp and is ruled out of the next Bucktucker Trial.

Nella, 26, won't be braving the next critter-filled challenge under medical grounds - which may come as a relief to her.

It follows a string of trials for the influencer which has seen her take on more tasks than any of her fellow campmates.

During tonight's episode, she clashed with Nigel Farage in a huge ‘racism row’ after the politican mimicked a Jamaican accent.

The former UKIP leader fumbled his way through a discussion about cultural appropriation and was branded "insensitive" by fans.

Nella held her tongue when Nigel told her that he didn't believe cultural appropriation was wrong.
