IF you've been bleaching your hair for years, chances are it's looking dry and damaged.
But it turns out there's no need to splash the cash on expensive hair products to get your locks looking long and glossy again.
Instead, one woman named Sky, who shared her impressive hair journey on TikTok (@skyyanna111), has revealed the budget buys she swears by - and they start from as little as just £3.49.
In the caption, she penned: "These are just some of the products that have helped me so much!
"I have more but I wan to keep it simple for anyone who is starting their journey."
Sharing a photo of her hair before she started taking care of it, Sky penned: "My credentials! This was my hair two years ago, bleached so many times, so short and damaged."

Next, she posts an updated snap of her brunette locks and proudly writes: "My hair now - long, soft and shiny!"
She then reveals the bargain buys she'd repurchase if she was to start her healthy hair journey again, beginning with 'Mielle Organics Rosemary mint scalp and hair strengthening oil' that retails at £10.99 at Boots.
"This is my fave oil," she enthuses. "My hair wouldn't be this long without it! Absolutely love it!"
Next up, she also praises 'Philip Kingsley's elasticiser intensive treatment' for helping her impressive hair transformation.
"Used this for the first time two weeks ago and I wish I tried it two years ago," she writes.
"This is the one product I think everyone should get.
"Whatever stage your hair is at, this will do everything your hair needs! I promise you it won't be a let down!"
Sky goes on to say that £28 'Ouai detox shampoo' is her "favourite detox shampoo," adding: "Love, love this one - always will!" before pointing out that her favourite hair mask is the 'L'Oreal Paris Elvive Dream lengths', which is priced at just £3.49
"So cheap as well - you don't always need expensive products," she notes.
The social media users adds that a microfibre hair towel, such as the 'Noughty 97% the purple one is also "a must".
She comments: "You need it for healthy hair, if not just use a T-shirt."
Not stopping there, Sky is also a huge fan of the original 'Olaplex hair perfector No.3,' adding: "This really helped my bleached, damaged hair.
"I don't use this anymore as my hair doesn't need it, but if you are starting where I started, I strongly recommend this."
