Inside Celebs Go Dating’s raunchiest EVER series – with tears, ‘sackable’ scandal and ‘missing’ star

CELEBS Go Dating fans are being warned to expect the raunchiest EVER set of stars as it returns for a 13th series.

Kicking off on Monday, August 19, Helen Flanagan, Jamelia, Ella Morgan, Lauryn Goodman, Stephen Webb, Chris Taylor and Tristan Phipps become the latest bunch of singletons to enter the agency in a bid to find love.

The Sun can reveal there will be tears, a shocking "sackable" offence and a "missing" star that rocks the cast - as chaos ensues from the very first episode.

Here we take a look at the highlights of the newest series.

More sex than ever

DATING agent Dr Tara has hailed this batch of single celebs as the most sex confident the agency has ever seen.

"Everyone is more open to discussing sex," she said.

"They are excited actually because even off-camera they're like, 'Dr Tara can't wait to talk about sex with you' and that's amazing.

"It's still such a taboo topic - even in 2024 -so to have celebs being on board with me asking them questions about that or talking about sexual compatibility, their own sexual confidence, be it low or high, I think that's a huge win.

"It's also a huge win for television in general to be able to talk about sex positivity and empowerment and sex education.

"I'm really grateful that we're able to do that on this project."

'Sackable' scandal

HELEN Flanagan was dangerously close to being booted off Celebs Go Dating after breaking a strict show rule.

The mum of three narrowly escaped being fired, according to dating agent Anna who told us: "I don’t want to spoil anything, but Helen has the biggest cliffhanger pivot of a storyline that we’ve ever had in Celebs Go Dating history.

"Helen nearly got thrown out of the agency two weeks ago. She did something huge which goes against all the rules of the agency."

First trans star

ELLA Morgan continues to make history following her time on Married At First Sight UK as she becomes the first trans celebrity contestant on Celebs Go Dating.

However, dating agent Anna Williamson says Ella does not wish to make being trans her whole story.

Instead, the reality TV star is described as the series' most sex positive participant by Dr Tara.

"I would say someone who's never afraid to share her feelings about sexuality is Ella," says Dr Tara.

"Ella is a very good example of someone who can speak about it in a way that isn't necessarily from a space of defending herself. It's more like, 'here's how I'm feeling'.

"You will see on the show that she goes through this sex positive journey of starting somewhere, which is pretty high, but then goes even higher in terms of self-acceptance and being sexually empowered."

Anna added: "I think what's so brilliant about Ella being part of the agency is that her being a trans woman, I mean this with big respect, doesn't even become a thing. And I don't mean that in any way to disparage, because it is a huge thing, obviously, in an empowering way, and she's a wonderful advocate for her community. But this whole kind of, 'oh, we have a trans woman, who are we going to set her up with? Will people be okay with that?'

"I think Ella's participation in this series is actually quite game-changing for the trans community because let's just say she certainly wasn't short of men wanting to date her."

Filming halted as star's rushed to hospital

ELLA Morgan was rushed to hospital after falling ill "with a mystery illness".

The Sun exclusively revealed at the time that Channel 4 bosses working on Celebs Go Dating released Ella from filming duties as she received medical treatment.

Dating guru Paul Brunson said: "We do address it and our heart goes out to her.

"All of the other celebrities missed her.

"Ella, she's a big personality and what's interesting is that when Ella is not there, what then happens to the rest of the group.

"Anytime you take one person out of the equation, the result of that equation changes.

"I think it'll be interesting to watch how the group shows up differently when Ella's not there."

Dating agents in tears

ALL three of the dating agents were moved to tears when Gogglebox star Stephen Webb's 'real story' was revealed on the show.

Sex expert Dr Tara told us his ongoing relationship with his ex husband Daniel moved her - in the most "dramatic and emotional" scenes in Celebs Go Dating history.

"Stephen has such a beautiful relationship with his ex and that says a lot about who they are as people," she said.

"For him, his dating journey on this show it's one of the most fun and dramatic and emotional experiences I've ever watched.

"I just can't wait for people to watch it. I cried many times."

Anna agreed, adding: There's something about him, I don't know what it is.

"Maybe it's his eyes - he makes you cry. He is so emotive.

"And what I love about Stephen as well is that he's the closest we've got on this series to being a regular guy off the telly as well as on the telly.

"With that does come this extra layer of authenticity and I think as we always say, the more authentic you are, the greater the results.

"I think we'll all see that with him."
