My cool toilet paper hack will make thin window curtains look fuller – people say it’s ‘genius’ and a ‘game-changer’
A HOME decor lover has revealed her cool interior design hack that revitalizes window curtains with a bathroom item.
People were huge fans of the genius trick and others called it a game-changer.
Savvy mom Jennifer Valentyne (@jennifervalentyne) also enjoys entertaining and sharing helpful hacks that make people smile.
She solved a common interior design issue in two simple steps in an Instagram Reel.
Nothing irks me more than having thin curtains.
Sometimes, I have to stack multiple ones on a rod to make it appear fuller than it is.
But thanks to Jennifer's cool hack, I no longer have to worry about that.
I also don't have to spend any extra money because I'm using something we all should already have at home - toilet paper rolls.
I now think twice before I toss them out after use.
When the video began, she showed the before of her curtains before she filled them with the toiletry.
"Right now, they're thin but wait," she said.
She got the camera up close and personal so viewers could see how she did it.
Jennifer first slipped two rings of a curtain on and then followed it with the cardboard tube in the center of a roll of toilet paper.
She did this multiple times and spaced them two rings apart until the curtain was completely on the rod.
Jennifer was impressed by the "perfect" tip and couldn't help smiling about it.
She even stepped out of the frame so viewers could see how much thicker the curtain looked from the beginning of the video.
"Omg, how am I 56 and have only been saving used Toilet paper rolls for campfires?" a viewer commented.
Now your toilet paper could have another purpose that also elevates your windows.
