Ekitike, who scored 15 goals and registered eight assists in the league this season, won't come cheap.

It's reported that Frankfurt CEO Markus Krosche is holding out for a fee of around £84MILLION for the club's star man.

Liverpool already splashed £85m on Darwin Nunez in the summer of 2022, but the Uruguayan has fallen out of favour at Anfield.

Nunez managed just five league goals this season as Liverpool stormed to a 20th league title.
