‘State of them!’ gasp BBC Breakfast fans as they rip into ‘ridiculous’ outfits in Aintree Ladies Day report
BBC BREAKFAST fans were left aghast as they ripped into the 'ridiculous' outfits shown in a report.
Weather presenter Sarah Keith-Lucas, 42, presented her forecasts at the Aintree racing ground ahead of The Grand National.
She was accompanied by sports presenter Mike Bushell, 58, as they spoke to some of the attendees for ladies day.
Throughout Friday's edition of BBC Breakfast - Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt cut to the pair who were waiting in the location.
At first Mike interviewed two ladies who were dressed to the nines in extravagant outfits as he covered the iconic fashion staple from the famous event.
The two ladies were both dressed in elaborate purple ensembles as they chatted to the sports presenter.

Sarah then appeared to have opted for a more subtle choice at first with a small saucer on top of her teal bodycon dress.
As the coverage continued, the BBC TV personality later opted for a bright yellow daffodil inspired headpiece.
Commenting on the choice, she said: "More is more when it comes to hats.
"This one is designed by a local hat maker here, completely self taught as well.
"So I've gone for not such a subtle look this time."
However, some of those watching did not quite take to the Ladies Day coverage, as trolls slammed some of the striking head coverings.
One viewer shared a picture of the two contributors dressed in the purple tones as they were somewhat distracted.
Alongside their snap they shared: "State of them 😂😂😂😂😂 & they’ve paid to look like that 😬😬😬#BBCBreakfast."
"That hat is hideous!!#BBCBreakfast," stated a second user.
As a third noted: "Ridiculous hat #BBCBreakfast."
"Bloody hellfire sarah that yellow hat #BBCBreakfast," said a fourth fan.
Another BBC fan commented: "This hat maker is self taught.
They added: "It favvers a daffodil."
