Martin Lewis reveals he’s landed HUGE new job on This Morning before Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard’s debut
MARTIN Lewis has announced that he has landed a HUGE new job on This Morning.
The Money Saving Expert is no stranger to the show, having regularly appeared over the years with Susanna Reid as a contributor.
Martin is now taking the later daytime slot alongside Josie Gibson for the first time on Monday.
Martin revealed that hosting the show has been on his bucket list, and he’ll be giving it a go as a special one-off before Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley take over as the main hosts in March.
Taking to X on Thursday, Martin said: "I've been expert-ing on This Morning for 21 yrs, in recent times usually from home.
"Well I'm going in on Monday.. as having mentioned off-hand to the producers last week that I'd like to present it ONCE (bucket list thing), they said come on and give it a go!

"No idea if I'll be any good at it, especially the less serious bits, but it'll be fun to try - before the proper new dynamic duo of Ben and Cat get going."
Fans rushed to the comments to share their excitement, with one user writing: "You’ll be brilliant."
"Best of luck. You’ll be a hit," a second added.
A third said: "You'll smash it ! I don't normally watch it but I'll watch it on Monday to support you."
Martin already makes regular appearances on This Morning, giving his money-saving expertise.
This Morning has seen plenty of change in recent months following the departure of Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
Deeley and Shephard have now been confirmed as their official replacements with the pair set to start their new roles on Monday, March 11.
