I’m 45 with no wrinkles and you should be eating your skincare – my go-to soup recipe is all you need for anti-ageing
A SKINCARE pro has revealed the one food you need to eat to banish wrinkles.
45-year-old Tee doesn't have a single wrinkle on her face and revealed her go-to recipe for anti-ageing.
"Eat your moisturiser," she began the video.
"I'm gonna share with you a beauty-must on how I maintain a clear healthy youthful complexion in my 40s.
"This baby is gonna hydrate you from the inside out and it's gonna help plump and firm up your skin.
"In China they call this the fountain of youth."

The beauty fan took a dehydrated snow fungus mushroom and revealed it was jam-packed with collagen which is essential for plump, wrinkle-free skin.
She said: "If you're on that anti ageing kick and you want plump youthful skin, this is full of plant collagen and it also induces collagen production since it contains 17 amino acids which are the building blocks of collagen synthesis."
She added that she makes a big batch of the soup using the snow fungus and some peach gum to have for breakfast every single day.
Tee first lets the peach gum and fungus soak overnight in a bowl of water.
She brought a pot of water to the boil adding some dates and ginger to the mix - although she said these can be skipped.
Then she cut the now hydrated fungus into bite-sized piece and removed the yellow stem from the bottom and boiled these in the pot for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes was up she added the peach gum to the pot and cooked for a further ten minutes along with some rock sugar for a sweet taste.
After taking it off the boil, she added the goji berries and served it up as her breakfast.
Not only does it work wonders for your skin, it also has lots of other health benefits.
"It's rich in antioxidants and nutrients.
"It protects and nourishes the brain, the heart, liver, lungs, kidney, stomach. It strengthens your bones overall, amazing for immunity."
You can purchase the ingredients from a Chinese or Asian supermarket, Tee added in the video.
The clip has since gone viral on TikTok (@thatsotee)with over 390k views and 55k likes.
People couldn't wait to try it themselves.
One person wrote: "TikTok has taught me more in 1 yr than I learned in 40. Never heard of this! cool!"
Another commented: "Omg my grandma used to make this soup. It was so good!!"
"She looks 23," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "Sold where do I get it?"
