Who is the cast of Too Good To Be True?
Channel 5 drama Too Good To Be True focuses on single mum Rachel who is working all hours to provide for her young son.
However, one day she is approached by a wealthy businessman out of the blue who offers her a new job with better pay and fewer hours.
Rachel hasn’t had it easy, but she is a trier and she’s doing her best with the lot she’s been given... life is tough.”

Kara Tointon
Actress Kara Tointon shot to fame playing Dawn Swan on EastEnders.
Also known for winning Strictly Come Dancing in 2008, the star has now turned her hand to more hard hitting TV.
Kara takes the lead in Too Good To Be True, playing hard working single mum Rachel.
Speaking about the role, the actress told Channel 5: “What I found interesting reading the scripts is that Rachel is struggling to make ends meet so then to have this moment seemingly of luck come along how does she navigate that? Having built up this wall of strength around her and Liam can she allow herself to go along for this ride?"
The actress added: "I liked the grit in her, the never-say-die attitude."
"She hasn’t had it easy, but she is a trier and she’s doing her best with the lot she’s been given. She’s got a beautiful son in Liam and life is tough.”
Allen Leech as
Actor Allen Leech has enjoyed an incredible career so far, which includes a leading role in Downton Abbey, and its spin off movies.
Fans will also recognise him from the hit film Bohemian Rhapsody where he played Freddie Mercury's former manager Paul Prenter.
In Too Good To Be True, Allen takes the co-lead and plays Elliot, a wealthy businessman who employs Rachel.
But along the line she fears all is not well with her new boss, and that he may be "too good to be true".
John Thomson as Geoff
On Too Good To Be True, John Thomson plays Geoff, who is Rachel's boss on the show.
Actor John shot to fame in the late 90s, in smash hit comedy-drama, Cold Feet.
On the series he played Pete, and he reprised the role when the series returned to TV in 2016.
John is also known for Men Behaving Badly, and Coronation Street.
The rest of the cast includes:

- Taj Atwal as Jasmine - actress known for Line of Duty.

Where can I watch Too Good To Be True?
Too Good To Be True kicks off tonight (February 14, 2024) on Channel 5 at 9pm, with the next episode airing the following day (February 15, 2024) at the same time.
There are a total of four episodes, which will continue on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Too Good To Be True runs over a two week period, and will conclude on February 22, 2024.

Where was Too Good To Be True filmed?
Filming for Too Good To Be True began in May 2023 on location in Ireland.
Crews were spotted in and around Dublin shooting scenes for the Channel 5 drama.
During filming leading actress Kara suffered an injury whilst doing a fight scene.
As she performed a stunt, she tore her anterior cruciate ligament in her knee.
Speaking about the accident, Kara told OK!: “The irony is that I love stunt work and wish over the years I had done more of it because I’m a trained gymnast. But this one ended very badly.

"My knee buckled and I fell down in real pain. I’d torn the ACL – a ligament that helps connect the thigh bone to the shinbone – and was struggling to walk for the final two weeks."
However, the actress joked: “I couldn’t even dance at the show’s wrap party! Although I gave it a go!"
