Primark is selling a £4.50 dupe of Bobbi Brown’s £50 face cream & people say it’s ‘one of the best’ primers they’ve used
SHOPPERS are going wild for Primark's £4.50 dupe of a £48.50 Bobbi Brown face primer, with some saying it's one of the best face primers they've ever used.
Makeup pro Ash, who shares beauty tips and tricks to her TikTok channel @makeupbyash.x posted a video comparing the dupe to its more expensive counterpart.
In the video, she said: "I use this primer literally all the time, I absolutely adore it. So if you're telling me I can find a dupe for £4.50, I'm going to buy it."
The beauty expert compared the ingredients of the two products to see how similar they are.
The Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base contains vitamins B, C and E, Hyaluronic acid, Shea Butter and Squalane.
The Primark 'prep and perfect' dupe contains vitamins E and C, niacinamide, oat oil and Shea Butter, so the ingredients are pretty similar.

To test out the dupe, Ash put the Bobbi Brown primer on one side of her face and the Primark face cream on the other side of her face.
Her first thought was slight disappointment, as the Primark dupe doesn't have the same scent as the Bobbi Brown cream.
However, Ash said that both products felt the same on her skin.
"They're both very silky smooth and they blend in amazingly", she said.
She added: "If I had my eyes shut, I wouldn't be able to tell you which is which".
After applying her makeup, Ash revealed that she didn't feel a difference between the two sides of her face and said that both creams sit similarly on the skin.
"I'm very impressed", she said: "I would definitely get your hands on this £4.50 dupe."
Beauty lovers rushed to the video's comments section to give their verdict on the primer dupe.
One user said: "I’ve got the Primark one, I really like it. It’s one of the best primers I have used."
Another added: "I use the Primark dupe, it's amazing!"
