AN A PLACE in the Sun star has admitted 'I can't keep doing this' as he opened up about his 'really hard' health battle.
The Channel 4 presenter is not one to let his diabetes hinder his busy lifestyle.
Despite a demanding job and frequent travel, Craig Rowe has clever ways to stay healthy and manage his blood sugar levels.

The property expert has found creative ways to ensure he stays healthy while on the go, but he admitted 'it's really hard' and 'exhausting'.
“It's hard. I'm not gonna lie. It's really hard, I think two words - protein shake and a yoga mat. I've always got those two things with me because one of the ways to sort of help balance blood sugar is to keep the protein levels high," he told Express.co.uk.
From meticulously planning his meals and snacks to incorporating regular exercise into his routine, he has adopted a proactive approach to managing his condition.
Craig continued: “I will often grab a protein shake on the run because when I first started doing this job I did put on about a stone because I was eating in hotels. Even though I was working there was this beautiful hotel buffet and it just got ridiculous."
Craig said that he realised quickly, 'I can't keep doing this,' so he began watching what he ate, choosing chicken and fish as 'good choices' on the road.
The A Place in The Sun star added: "I just realised early on I can't keep doing this. So I will often take protein shakes, I'll just try and make good choices - chicken and fish when I'm away. I’ll have a salad. I mean if there's a gym occasionally, I'll get a chance to get to one after work.”
According to Craig, he still finds time to do 'a little yoga and some push-ups' no matter what time he finishes filming.
It's just a matter of doing the best he can, and he joked about staying away from the French and Spanish cakes.
