The Great British Bake Off X(Twitter) account posted a picture of Alison Hammond and Noel Fielding posing with the two judges, Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood, alongside four fan favourites, Mark, Maxy, Maggie, and Jürge.
The caption said: “Start the New Year with a banging Bake Off!
“Join Mark, Maxy, Maggie and Jürgen as they provide the best possible NYE hangover cure by treating you to an epic baking battle in the Tent!

Excited fans reacted to the post as one tweeted back: “Yay! What a lovely lineup.”
Another chimed: “Jürgen is the man! I’m definitely tuning in.”
Another third user inquired ‘where?’ the program would be aired.”
There is also another festive special on Christmas Eve, which will feature a bunch of other former bakers; George, Sophie, Dan, Amelia, Linda and Carole.
Meanwhile, last week, Matty Edgell, 28, was crowned the winner of The Great British Bake Off 2023 after facing off with his fellow finalists Dan Hunter and Josh Smalley.
In previous years, Channel 4 has aired a New Year's special where four bakers return in hopes of being named Star Baker at the end of the episode.
This year's Great New Year's Bake Off champ, titled by Paul and Prue, was Manon Lagrèv after he beat his 2018 season 9 co-star Manon Lagrèv, season 11 star Lottie Bedlow and 2021 finalist Chigs Parmar.
