Huge 90s band reunite with string of concerts as they buy into football club – and they’ll be at the game on Saturday
NOT only are Boyzone getting ready for their big reunion, but they have also joined forces for an exciting new business venture.
Ronan Keating, 46, Keith Duffy, 49, Mikey Graham, 51 and Shane Lynch, 47 have signed a lucrative deal to buy a stake in Lancashire football club, Chorley FC, where they will perform a series of concerts according to the mirror.
The band officially sign on the dotted line this weekend, as they head to Saturdays home again against Solihull in the FA trophy.
"It's a really exciting move for Chorley FC," an insider said. "It is a game-changer that has the potential to bring the town into the limelight like never before, generating a buzz and publicity that will shine a bright light on Chorley.
"Ronan, Shane and Keith are bursting with excitement. Boyzone's presence at this Saturday's game will undoubtedly create an electric atmosphere, filled with music, joy, and a shared love for football and community," the source added.
The lads are the latest celebrities to invest in a football stadium, after Hollywood star Ryan Reynolds bought Wrexham FC in 2020 and rapper Stormzy became the owner of AFC Croyden last year.

Formed in 1993 by pop Svengali Louis Walsh, the band initially delayed getting back together, until rumours began to swirl that they were coming back for their 30th anniversary this year.
Indeed Boyzone's big comeback marks a u turn for frontman Ronan Keating, who had previously said that the band wouldn't be getting back together after they "went out on a high" with their final tour and album back in 2018.
He also added that things "never felt the same" after the death of bandmate Stephen Gately in 2009.
The group's co-star tragically died aged just 33 after an undetected congenital heart defect. Lead singer Ronan, who is thought to be the brains behind the new business deal, said that ending Boyzone was the "right thing".
"We went out on a high. We wrote the last chapter ourselves. Finishing it the way we did after 25 years was the right thing. We went out on a high, we had five great nights at the Palladium."
