Bodies of three children and man found at house
The bodies of three children and a man have been discovered at a house in Surrey.
Police were called by the South East Coast Ambulance Service to a property in Bremer Road, Staines, around 1.15pm today.
At the location, they found the bodies of three children and a man.
Surrey Police said an investigation was under way to establish the circumstances of their deaths.
The force believes it is an isolated incident with no third-party involvement.
The next of kin are being supported by specialist officers and Bremer Road is currently closed.
Surrey Police have also completed a mandatory referral to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) due to previous police contact with those involved.
Chief Inspector Lucy Sanders said: "This is a tragic loss of life in our community and we are working to establish exactly what has occurred.
"There is currently a significant police presence at the location, and in the surrounding area, and we would like to thank local residents for their patience and understanding whilst we conduct our investigation."
