I’m a gypsy & trolls say they’re ‘speechless’ at my home decor but I don’t care, I love glitzy ‘in your face’ ornaments

A GYPSY woman has hit back at trolls who have slammed her choice of interior decor - insisting that she loves "big, in your face" ornaments.

The woman named Tracey King responded to a mean remark she received from a social media online which read: "Hello, my friend. Is it? I'm speechless. Who the blazes has this in their house?

"You're winding us up, surely? It is because it was gifted to you, you've got to say it's nice, right?"

The ornament in question is a rather tall white vase complete with stand - and it's embezzled with glitzy silver diamantes and complete with a stunning bouquet of cream, red and green overhanging flowers.

Taking to TikTok (@traceywinter1) to respond, Tracey, who has a 258k strong following online, explains: "Firstly, I'm a woman of my word.

"I will not say something's nice for the pure fact it is given to me."

She goes on to point out that the £130 glitzy vase in question was gifted to her, but adds: "I have turned down, I don't know how many people that have offered me things on TikTok that I look at and think, I wouldn't buy that.

"So I will not ask or show others to then come back to me saying, 'oh, you told me about that.' It's no good...I'm not that person."

She explains how the shop owners told her she could pick anything she wanted in the shop.

"Lovely people, lovely item - absolutely love it," she enthuses.

"The next video where Mark was putting it together, there were 2000 comments and I've deleted all of them because all you can come out with is 'uh, because you're a Gypsy, you have to have stuff that's tacky."

She goes on to say how one woman even shockingly unfollowed her for having an ornament that she wasn't a fan of.

"Unfollow me? How ridiculous. Because I like something that you don't like?" Tracey says.

Speaking of the vase in question, she continues: "That is beautiful - I love it!

"It's made my room look proper handsome. I love it. So, yeah, I don't just say I like something for the fun of it.

"I love it. And I know for all the travellers and gypsies down my page saying that's what we have to non gypsies, because you don't listen, we have a different style to what non gypsies have.

We like big, we like in your face, we like that. So yeah, I absolutely love it."

The post has since gone viral, garnering a whopping 85k views and hundreds of comments from social media users, with many quick to praise Tracey's taste in interior decor.

"Omg unfollow you because you like a vase and she don’t - some people are pathetic," wrote one,

A second penned; "It would be a very boring world if we all liked the same thing you do you."

A third noted: "I think your home is absolutely stunning."

Meanwhile, a fourth added: "We all have our own tastes and likes. You do you!! I know 100% you wouldn’t like anything in my home. And that’s absolutely OK!"

And a further chimed in: "I’m not a traveller and I love love your taste in furniture ornaments Beautiful Tracey just like you."
