I’m a 23-year-old single mum and I’m constantly dress-coded by older women – but men always call me a MILF
A 23-YEAR-OLD has opened up on what it’s really like to be a young mother.
Lillie Edwards, 23, explained that she is a single mum, and as a result, often hears the same comments.
She revealed that young men and boys will often call her a MILF, whilst elderly women will dress-code her.
Lillie took to social media to open up about her life as a mother in her early twenties, as she wrote: “Ahhhh the life of being a young single mum.”
At the time of posting, she was 22-years-old, as she said: “POV: You’re a 22-year-old single mum.”
The blonde beauty then shared a picture of her posing in an animal print bikini, as she revealed the things people often say to her.

She first shared a stock image of a random elderly woman, as she claimed that such women will comment about the clothes she wears.
She claimed that these women will look at her and say: “Shouldn’t you be wearing something more appropriate now you’re a mother?!”
Following this, the tattooed mother, who admitted to having a 'fake' body, posted an image of a random middle-aged woman, as she claimed that such women will make remarks about her age.
She explained that such women will say: “Aw bless you, so young… You’re still just a kid yourself.”
Not only this, but Lillie then posted a picture of a glamorous looking woman, as she claimed that such women will try to shame her for having a child at a young age.
She claimed that such women will remark: “Omg I could never have a kid that young… I want to live my life.”
As well as this, Lillie posted the now viral image of a woman with short hair, which became synonymous with the slang term ‘Karen’, as she claimed that such women will ask her: “Where’s the dad?”
Whilst Lillie is often judged by women, she claimed that men are much more complimentary - but in a derogatory way.
Lillie shared an image of a group of young boys, as she claimed that they will often catcall her and shout: “Oi oi MILF.”
The final comment that Lillie often hears is from middle-aged women, as she claimed that she is often asked: “Where’s your child…if you’re out tonight?!”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @lilliebeeedwards, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed a staggering 387,900 views.
Many young mothers could relate to Lillie’s claims and were eager to express this, alongside the remarks they often receive, in the comments.
One person said: “Aaaaahhh I feel you. I’m 21 and I have 2 girls.”
Another added: “Wait you can’t forget the “was it planned”.”
A third commented: “I always get “how old is your brother”.”
