I’m 52 with flawless skin – I swear by a brilliant £2 anti-ageing cream that’s a dupe of the £130 Le mer Creme
BEAUTY fans are running to get their hands on a £1.49 cream which they claim is “literally like La Mer Creme.”
La Mer Creme, which boasts a “miracle broth” is an ultra-rich cream which helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines, whilst soothing dryness.
But ranging between £85 to £200, the face cream is not affordable for many.
However, beauty fans have claimed to have discovered a much cheaper alternative which costs only £2.49 from Boots.
NIVEA Creme, which comes in a blue pot, can be applied to the body, face and hands.
The Boots website claims that the brand is the “original moisturiser” for dry skin and will leave skin “soft and smooth.”

Beauty fan Courtney, who goes by the name of @mondayprojectco on TikTok, is a big fan of the cream.
The 52-year-old, posted a video on her social media page talking about the cream and the effects it has had on her skin.
Talking to camera whilst applying the cream, she said: “This week I had a facial.
"I hadn’t had one in months and I asked my beautiful skin therapist how my skin is looking.
"I’ve just been using Nivea twice a day for a month and nothing else.
“And she said your skin is looking good.
“A little dehydrated.
“I was worried it was going to be built up because Nivea is so rich, but she said my skin is looking good so watch this space.”
And she’s not the only one who is a lover of the cream.
Her video attracted lots of attention from other beauty fans who have also tried it out themselves.
