‘Dictator in heels’ Meghan Markle ‘terrifies everyone’ & reduces grown men to tears, claims source working for her

MEGHAN Markle has been dubbed a "dictator in heels" as she reduces grown men to tears, claims a source working for her.

The Duchess of Sussex supposedly "terrifies everyone" in her camp and Harry enables her behaviour, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

A "very high-up" member of staff, who is still on the Sussexes' payroll, even claimed the former Suits actress has been nicknamed "Duchess Difficult".

They said: "Everyone’s terrified of Meghan. She belittles people, she doesn’t take advice.

"Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”

The publication also reported allegations that Meghan was "absolutely relentless" and that "she marches around like a dictator in high heels, fuming and barking orders".

Meghan's "noisy tantrums" and "angry 5am emails" are said to be what earned her the nickname.

The insider also suggested the reason for mass-staff quitting over the years is also down to the lack of decision making either of the couple are able to make.

"They’re both poor decision-makers, they change their minds frequently," the employee added.

Josh Kettler, chief-of-staff, was the latest to resign from working for Harry and Meghan.

He ditched his post after just three months, it is reported, and days before the couple's faux-royal tour to Colombia.

Kettler was the 18th quitter in a long line of employees looking to make an escape since Harry and Meghan started a new life stateside.

Many ex-palace staff coined the term ‘Sussex Survivors’ Club’ to describe themselves after they left.

Some even, half-jokingly, believed they suffered a form of post-traumatic stress after working for the royal couple.

The latest shock claims come some six years after Buckingham Palace was forced to investigate Meghan for "bullying behaviour" towards to royal aides.

Meghan has always denied claims that she bullies staff.

Maer Roshan, Co-Editor in Chief of the Hollywood Reporter, has since been forced to publicly say he stands by the report after receiving backlash that it's "fabricated".

He told Access Hollywood: "Our reporter talked to a very high up source who works for the couple.

"Duchess Difficult is a nickname that has trailed Meghan Markle for quite a few years.

"Meghan and Harry declined to comment on our story. I think Meghan would have said that barking around orders is something that we expect from men and it would never raise an eyebrow."

But sources close to the Sussexes insist the term "Duchess Difficult" has never been used to describe Meghan.

A source from Archewell, who asked to remain anonymous, said: "These quotes were fabricated by someone lacking knowledge of our company.

"The Duke and Duchess work from Montecito, and we’re based in Hollywood.

"They likely think we’re all in the same office and that this quote would fly, but the circumstances don’t even allow for it.

"If she’s 'marching around' and 'barking orders' no Archewell employee could factually claim that. It’s total nonsense.”

Regarding emails, a source said: "Who hasn’t sent an email when they can’t sleep or are awake early?

"I’ve never once ever gotten an email from either of them at that hour and even if I did, The Duchess specifically notes in her email signature that everyone has a different working day and to not feel obligated to respond outside of normal business hours.
