Nigel Farage’s girlfriend Laure Ferrari reveals the household task he REFUSES to do as she arrives in Oz
NIGEL Farage’s girlfriend Laure Ferrari has lifted the lid on what life at home with the politician is really like, laughing: “Hoovering? He definitely doesn’t do any of that.”
The French politician has secretly dated the Brexiteer since 2017 but has now stepped out into the spotlight to support her man on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
Arriving at Brisbane Airport, she laughed as The Sun asked what it’s been like living with Nigel these last six years.
Laure, 44, said: “Life at home with Nigel is very good.
“The hoovering though? He definitely doesn’t do any of that.
“The one thing he is very good at though is doing the dishes - he’s really, really good at that.”

Camp leader Nella Rose, 26, has this week made Nigel her chief pot wash in camp after he criticised other campmates’ efforts with the scrubber.
Laure laughed: “That is the best job for him!”
Since The Sun last week revealed Laure would be jetting out to Australia to back the ex-Ukip boss on the ITV show, she’s been caught up in a frenzy.
Confirming their romance for the first time, Laure now reveals going public has worked out so far.
Chatting as she strode through Arrivals wearing a khaki two-piece and a white linen shirt, Laure said: “It’s been ok.
“It’s more logical than just hiding, supporting him from behind doors which doesn’t make any sense.
“It would have been a bit weird if I stayed silent.”
Laure added that she had kept herself looking fresh after the long flight from London by using a facial mister.
The pair met in 2007 when Laure was 28 and working as a waitress in Strasbourg.
Farage then appointed her as a parliamentary assistant and from there she was made PR director of Farage’s parliamentary group Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy.
Sixteen years later she’s backing her man in camp, adding in earlier interviews: “I’m not a secret. I’m here. I do exist and I do support Nigel. It’s very important for me to say that.”
Laure has the ex-Ukip boss’ mother on side too.
This weekend Barbara Farage, who is said to be in her late 80s, said of Laure: “She’s lovely. She’s a chic, French lady, who is good for him. ,
“She loves him to bits. She pays him attention and always wants to be by his side.”
Laure may be the last political partner to grace the jungle for a while, as Ant and Dec this weekend vowed to ban Parliamentarians from the jungle, after last year’s appearance by Matt Hancock.
Answering questions from fans on their live video Jungle Club, Dec said he would “put a motion through” for there to be no politicians on the show in 2024 and Ant agreed.
Dec read aloud that a viewer suggested “Rishi Sunak next year” and said, stony faced: “I think we should do a year without any politicians.”
Ant raised his voice and added: “Agreed! Agreed.”
