A HAIR influencer has shared her homemade two-ingredient recipe for extreme growth.
The budget-friendly hair treatment costs just a few cents per use and adds instant shine.
Amber (@amberpot) shared the beauty recipe in a TikTok video.
"How to make flaxseed gel hair mask for extreme hair growth," she said.
"Use this hair mask if you want your hair to grow inches.
In a pot, she added a cup of flaxseeds to two cups of water, bringing the water to a boil over ten minutes.
"Until you see white foam and it has a gel texture," she said.
After ten minutes, she left the mixture cool in the pot and drained the flaxseeds.
The leftover gel that she caught was the magic elixir that she added to her strands.
"Use this gel as a hair mask and leave it for one hour," she recommended.
Amber noted that the flaxseed gel has a variety of benefits, including adding moisture and shine, scalp nourishment, and frizz reduction.
Many viewers had questions about the hair treatment, which she gladly answered.
"Can I reuse the seeds again?" asked one commenter.
"Yes, you can reuse the seeds up to three times!" she replied.
