AN age-defying beauty guru has revealed how she uses concealer to give herself an instant facelift.
The 48-year-old shared her must-try makeup hack as she explained how she achieves a youthful glow without Botox.
Natasha B (@beautyjunkymoney) has garnered over 586,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares beauty advice.
The skincare consultant took to the social media platform with concealer applied to the outer corners of her eyes, smile lines, chin, and in between her eyebrows.
"Here's a really great tip," she said.
"This is centuries old, nothing new but this is how I like to highlight my face as I mature.
“And as much as my lotions and potions do the job that they need to do, I’m still going to have more of the crevices than when I was 20 obviously.
“So one of the techniques as you age is putting something light in the area that’s already kind of receding or pulled in like Marinettes around the eyes and so forth.
“And adding just a little bit here helps to bring a little bit of a brow lift to your face,” she said referring to the highest part of her eyebrow arch.
“Now this is very soft and subtle. I put it all over my face so you guys could see exactly how I like to place mine.”
Natasha raved about Haus Labs by Lady Gaga’s hydrating and depuffing concealer which is available from Sephora for $32.
She claimed it can last all day without creasing if it is set correctly.
She applied the shade Fair Neutral around her eyes and then used the color Fair Rosie to highlight other areas of her face.
“Especially for dry skin like myself, I have to state this really holds my hydration so it doesn’t get that crepey crinkliness,” Natasha said.
The beauty expert used a small beauty blender to buff the concealer into her skin.
She said the “light catches” the area above her brow arch to create the lift illusion.
“Remember makeup is for playing so if you don’t get it the first time around try again,” she said.
Natasha revealed in the caption of her post that the makeup hack isn’t just for reducing the signs of aging.
“Anti-aging makeup: Highlighting to lift the look of the face,” she wrote.
“As I age, I use my highlighting concealer to help lighten and lift the face. Also a great trick when you’re tired too [laughing].”
Thousands of people liked the video after it went viral and took to the comment section thanking Natasha for sharing her advice.
