I was a ‘giant blob’ who had to washing in a trough after getting stuck in a shower for 11 hours, now I’ve lost 41 stone
TIPPING the scales at 56st, Casey King found himself wet, stuck and panicking as he was stuck in the shower.
Now 38, Casey recalled the moment with horror as he found himself stuck in the shower for 11 hours.
Replaying the moment in July 2014, Casey told The Sun: "God, this is dark, but I tried to get out and it just hurt too much and then I tried over and over again.
"Eventually I was so exhausted and started breathing heavily. I just could not position myself in a way I could get out, so I just sat in the shower for 11 hours."
His weight become such a problem that he was forced to bathe in a trough in his garden, having become too big to use the bath or shower.
Casey, from Georgia, US, has left everyone stunned since he appeared on the TLC reality show My 3000lb Family dropping over half his weight and looks like a totally new person.

On the show, he said: “Because I’m a bigger guy with, like, folds and flaps, I have to move around almost like a pig in a way, wallow, and roll over to get the back of my legs. I have to lift up literal pieces of skin. It’s just a seriously difficult process.”
He also revealed his massive size made it difficult to find clothes that fit - meaning he would sit naked playing video games most of the time.
He has since lost a staggering 41st and said he feels better than ever and is able to do normal things such as dating.
Casey revealed his weigh gain started as a teenager, fuelled by a diet of fast food and zero exercise.
He explained: "I was a social outcast. I was loud and wild so my friends’ parents didn’t want me around.
"There were limited people for me to be friends with. Food was the only thing that kept me happy.
"From the age of 10, I'd deep-fry a whole bag of French fries and just cover it with ketchup and eat that all summer.
"I'd eat full Big Mac supersized meals and when my sister couldn't finish hers I'd eat it. I always wanted more... I couldn't get enough."
"I lived life through Facebook because I had no life. At the time, I would share over 10 posts in one hour. I didn't have friends. I was just this blob of a person that existed," he added.
To shift the weight, King underwent an operation that saw part of his stomach removed as well as sticking to a new diet and exercise regime.
Now he regularly shares updates on his weight transformation over on Instagram.
in a post earlier this year he wrote: “Been a good 2022 and I hope to have a better 2023. Many resolutions and many plans for the future.
“These pictures represent the good and the bad moments of the year. It’s been a ride for sure, I’m glad I’m here to experience it all and have the opportunity to continue making memories with my friends and family.
I love you all, I hope your 2023 is 100 times better than your 2022.”
Plenty of people have praised him for his weight loss journey.
One commented: “Fantastic work lad! Rather than crying about your situation, you’ve bettered it through discipline and hard work. There's nothing us humans can't do if we put our minds to it.”
Another wrote: “Your weight loss is truly wild. You don’t see this many drastic transformations. It must have been a lot of work and very emotional.”
