Nicole (@nicolepommehair) shared her haircare tricks and product recommendations in a TikTok video.

"I use these three products on every single thin fine hair client," she said.

"As your thin fine hair president, this is what I recommend," she said.

"I know a lot of thin fine hair people do not use product because they think it's going to make their hair greasy or weigh it down but you need product as much or more than thick hair."

She explained that using a product can help thin hair feel thicker and make it more manageable.

First, she starts by applying the $35 Pureology Color Fanatic Multi-Task Spray to improve hair strength.

"It's not going to weigh your hair down, it's not going to make it greasy. It's going to even out the porosity and fill in all the little holes," she said.

For thin-haired girlies who blow dry their hair, she recommended the $24 L’Oreal Professional Tecni Art Pli Spray.

"This will make your blow dry stay," she said.

Last but not least, her favorite cream, the $55 Kérastase Chronologiste Heat Protecting Leave-In Treatment, helped to improve to feel of thin hair.

My hair was destroyed after three years of bleaching then I started using a £3 oil from Superdrug and it’s so thick people think it’s extensions

"It helps to plump the hair. It also has hyaluronic acid so it's really nourishing and it makes your hair all plump and juicy," she said.

Fine-haired women shared their thoughts on her advice in the comments.

"Yes yes, as a fine hair curly girl, that spray is great every day even on no hair wash days," said one commenter.

"I have the Pureology spray! It smells so good too!" said another.
