I’m 52 but look wrinkle-free thanks to my £2 hack – it’s Botox at home with no injections needed
A 52-YEAR-OLD has shared her £2 hack for making wrinkles disappear instantly, leaving people gasping that she’s seriously “onto something”.
Non-injectable alternatives to Botox have blown up on social media, with the cost of living crisis pushing women to find cheaper ways to restore youth to their complexion.
There’s been “Botox face masks”, hacks with surgical tape and even face yoga doing the rounds as anti-ageing phenomenoms.
But Linda Mitchell’s method is in a completely different vein.
The 52-year-old, who's been told her skin is “flawless”, actually fills her lines in with make-up pencils.
Dubbing it the “pencil trick”, she says it will give you the effects of Botox in just a few minutes.

Using a white or nude-toned beauty pencil, such as a lip liner or eyeliner, Linda draws over her forehead creases and then pats the product in with various blending tools.
She shared a real-time tutorial on TikTok.
“Take your pencil and just fill in the line,” Linda instructed.
“Once you have your line filled in, take the foundation brush that you used to put your foundation on with and tap it into the crease for a while until that pencil blends in.”
Linda recommended using a nude beauty pencil that suits your skin tone over a white pencil for a more effortless blend.
White and nude pencils can be purchased for as cheap as £2.
That includes the Revolution Relove Kohl Eyeliner White in Superdrug and Collection Precision Kohl Eyeliner White in Boots.
Once you’ve blended the pencil in with a sponge, Linda advised to further blend it in with a beauty blender or make-up sponge.
“Keep looking in the mirror until you see that the line is completely pressed in,” she continued.
“Just keep pressing it until that line and the white is gone.”
Once the line is blended, Linda advised to set the white or nude pencil line with a loose powder.
“Hopefully, if you did it correctly, the line should be less visible,” she said.
“And you give yourself a mini Botox with a pencil.”
