I’ve got the ‘world’s biggest cheekbones’… trolls are stunned when they see my pre-surgery snaps
A MODEL with the "world's biggest cheeks" has left people stunned after revealing what her face looked like before the surgeries.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk, 36, from Kyiv in the war-torn Ukraine, is thought to have the largest cheekbones in the world - but just a decade ago, the social media personality looked totally unrecognisable.
Before she forked out thousands on fillers, the young woman - whose now even compared to the likes of the villain in Saw - used to have a slender face and curly locks.
According to Anastasia, she had her experience with first facial injections at the age of 26 - and the model has no plans of stopping any time soon, despite the vicious trolling online.

"You may think that they are too big but I think that they're a little bit small, I need to refresh them again soon,'' Anastasia said, adding she's lost count of how many procedures there have been.
As well as having filler pumped into her pout, the 36-year-old has had her cheeks enhanced, filler added into the corners of her mouth, Botox in her forehead, and has also spent on having her jaw and chin reshaped.

But the obsession doesn't stop there for Anastasia, who's proud she hasn't taken the ''sugar daddy route'' to fund her lifestyle, as reported by Femail.
According to the Ukrainian personality, she's even started injecting fillers herself - and not just in her face but also transforming her pals.
"I love them, I want them to look like this and I'm very happy. I regularly inject other parts of my face myself," said the model, whose Instagram page has won her a staggering 440k followers.
"I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
Back in 2020, Anastasia also appeared on This Morning where she chatted to the former hosts, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, and confessed she didn't care about the warnings from doctors.

"I was like a grey mouse. My nose was too big. And now I have big cheeks and big lips it looks OK.
"It can be dangerous but I do it with doctors and now I'm learning cosmetology in an online school," noted the now-36-year-old, who left viewers stunned.
But although many on the platform haven't been kind, the influencer recently insisted that the dramatic facial makeover has only helped her love life, with countless messages from aspiring would-be Romeos.
The singleton chuckled: ''I’m more career oriented, but if I had a relationship, I wouldn't spend money on him.''
It's not just her face the Ukrainian model has changed over the years - Anastasia has also forked out for 1050cc implants, as well as the notorious BBL, also known as Brazilian Butt Lift, to enhance her backside.
