Seven things that take you ‘from sexy to vulgar’ in an instant & it’ll make you think about your mani & strappy heels
HAVE you ever wanted to elevate your appearance to look more elegant or even sexy?
An elegance coach has revealed seven simple tweaks you can do to your wardrobe and beauty regime to have a glow up - and how to avoid looking “vulgar”.
Amira Bessette gave three examples of each beauty item and then stated which was “elegant”, “sexy” or “vulgar.”
The first thing Amira appraised was dresses, with satin, high-neck midis being considered the most elegant.
A “sexy” option would be an off-the-shoulder gown, and a cut-out mini dress was tacky.
When it comes to heels, a classic court shoe - like we see Kate Middleton wearing - was the top choice.
Strappy heels with embellishments were her “sexy” option, and lace-up heels were “vulgar.”
Amira also analysed nails with a classic French manicure being the “elegant choice”, a stylish nail with a coloured tip being “sexy” and long talons being one to avoid.
Make-up and hairstyles didn’t escape her treatment either on her @amira.bessette account.
The elegance coach advised to opt for a natural make-up look, while bold, orange tans were out.
Body-hugging tank tops were also advised against, while linen shorts and shirts sets were recommended.
Amira asked people if they agreed with her categorisations, and split opinion in the comments.
One person wrote: “I must be super vulgar then.”
Another added: “Not me loving all the vulgar ones.”
A third commented: “I lost you at the elegant nails.”
However, a fourth said: “I agree with you.”
