Crystal Palace vs Arsenal LIVE SCORE: Gunners look to do the double over their London rivals in huge Prem clash – latest

    Arsenal are unbeaten in all nine of our Premier League London derby matches in 2024 (W7 D2). The last team to go unbeaten in such matches in a full calendar year were Chelsea in 2005 (W9 D1), while the last time the Gunners did so was in 2004 (W7 D3).

    Excluding penalties, Arsenal have scored more set-piece goals than any other side in the Premier League this season (9).

    No team has had more Premier League goals scored via defenders this season than Mikel Arteta’s men (7, level with Manchester City), while Crystal Palace have had the highest share of their Premier League goals this term come from defenders.

    In additional to that, Gabriel Martinelli has scored more Premier League goals against Crystal Palace than he has vs any other opponent (5). Three of these have been as a substitute, with no Gunners player scoring more from the bench against a specific opponent in the competition.

    Everything is going in Arsenal’s favour so far.

    Palace team latest

    Eberechi Eze will MISS OUT for Palace and Oliver Glasner confirmed this in his pre-match press conference

    The Palace manager said: “He (Eze) got a hit against Brighton on his foot. He played with quite a swollen foot at the Emirates and also got the next kick there, so he is not 100%."

    Daniel Munoz is still serving a suspension after picking up five yellow cards in the Premier League

    Joel Ward (calf), Franco Umeh-Chibueze (hamstring), Adam Wharton (groin), Matheus França de Oliveira (groin), and Chadi Riad Dnanou (lack of match fitness) remain unavailable.

    Declan Rice and Riccardo Calafiori are both available to be in the squad, and Oleksandr Zinchenko could be as well.

    However Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu with their respective knee injuries will miss out.

    Gabriel Jesus’ hat-trick helped the Gunners beat the Eagles 3-2 in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday.
