Married At First Sight star rushed to hospital on the day of her mum’s funeral after painful accident
AFTER an accident, one Married At First Sight star has been rushed to hospital on the day of her mum's funeral.
Chanita Stephenson is best known for her appearance in the 2022 series of the hit Channel 4 social experiment.
The Married At First Sight personality sadly lost her mother earlier this year as she took to social media to share the news with her fans.
However, it seems that there is more heartbreak in store for the Chanita, 32, as she urgently sought medical attention.
She took to her Instagram stories as she opened up on her painful injury as she shared a picture of a bloody looking finger tip.

"Straightened and shoved all back in, the pain 😭. It has completely lifted out my nail bed too."
However, she seemed to find some light and humour in the situation as she added: "Gas & Air was great though 😏."
Earlier she spoke to her fans directly on what the exact cause was of her hospital visit.
She said: "On the day of the funeral, at the wake I had got a little bit drunk because people kept buying me drinks, and I haven't drank proper, proper for a while.
Holding up her bandaged finer to the camera she revealed: "I spent Saturday in hospital. Well look I went for an hour, A&E for an hour.
"That is world record. I fell off a stall and I did some weird freak accident thing where I actually must have fell on my nail and then my nail went this way [pointing up] and you know how your nail comes down here [further down], it come out too.
"So the nail come all the way through. It was horrendous. So I had to go to A&E, and do you know what she did? She had to get my nails, straighten it and push my nail back into my finger.
"Because I haven't had enough trauma for this year and it's only February but what's a little bit more?"
She captioned the short clip: "My mum would have thought what a t***."
She later showed her finger all bandaged up after the incident and hospital visit as she added: "Impressive handy work by the nurse tbf.
"Honestly though the pain. And these are my real nails with an overlay on top .. cry cry cry."
At the time of her mother's death In January, Chanita previously shared a series of heartwarming snaps of the pair together.
She said: "I miss you so much already".

Fans may have remembered Chondelle for her brief appearance on MAFS UK as she supported her child on her wedding day.
