People are just realising where they’ve seen the stunning mansion in Michelle Keegan’s Fool Me Once on screen before
IT'S the Netflix show that topped the streaming service's top 10 chart just 24 hours after it premiered.
And viewers who tuned into Fool Me Once, an adaptation of Harlan Coben's best-selling novel, were gripped by the tense whodunnit, which stars Michelle Keegan, Richard Armitage and Joanna Lumley.
But some also spotted that the family estate - known as Farmwood in the series - has been seen on screen before.
The mansion, which is actually the 15th Century Arley Hall and Gardens in Cheshire, has previously featured in TV shows including Peaky Blinders, The Great British Bake Off and even CBeebies' Something Special.
One person took to TikTok to point out the house's previous screen history, beginning by sharing a picture of Cillian Murphy's Tommy Shelby walking away with the mansion behind him.
"I knew I recognised this home from somewhere," they wrote over the picture.

They then shared one of the promo pictures for Fool Me Once, with the house ominously appearing at the bottom, as well as showing Justin Fletcher's Lord Tumble playing croquet on the lawn outside.
And people were quick to comment on the TikTok, with one writing: "Arley hall. Just round the corner from me.
"Iconic building!"
"I knew it hahah," another added.
"Thought that straight away," a third commented.
As someone else said: "I said that to my hubby!"
Netflix also shared a post confirming the location had been used for both Fool Me Once and Peaky Blinders.
"You can't fool me, that's Tommy Shelby's house! #FoolMeOnce," they wrote alongside a snap of the house in both shows on Facebook.
"It's also Lord Tumbles house on cbeebies," someone added in the comments section.
"No it’s Lord Tumbles house actually," another said.
"No matter what show uses Arley house its always tommy shelbys house!!" a third insisted.
"This house was also in Stay Close at the end were the wedding reception was," someone else said.
Stay Close was another Harlan Coben book that has been adapted by Netflix.

In 2018, Coben signed a huge deal with Netflix, which gave the streamer permission to adapt 14 of his novels into TV shows.
Fool Me Once is the fourth English production, but there have also been shows made in Polish, French and Spanish.
