My partners have left me because I’m too good-looking and they think I’ll cheat
DEAR DEIDRE: MY good looks are stopping me from having a relationship.
I’m a man of 53 and have always taken care of my physical health.
Last year my relationship of four years ended as my then partner was convinced I was going to cheat.
Doing so had not crossed my mind but she always said: “Why are you with me when you could have any woman you want.”
It’s not the first time this has happened, though.
My previous partners have all ended things for a similar reason.
I have always been admired by women, as I look younger than my years, but I’m getting older now and want a long-term partner.

MORE FROM DEAR DEIDRE
DEIDRE SAYS: It seems that your now ex-partners suffered low self-esteem.
This maybe made them question you even though you were loyal.
If they had been cheated on in previous relationships, this may have made their insecurity worse.
But you’ve done nothing wrong. My support pack Finding The Right Partner For You should help you find someone compatible.
