Ignitis Group, a renewables-focused integrated utility, has made a EUR 4 million humanitarian aid to the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, which will be used to buy equipment for providing an additional 120 MW of electricity generation capacity in the war-torn country. The total power plant’s capacity will ensure a stable supply of electricity to around 420,000 Ukrainian households and contribute to the restoration of vital functions.
