Southampton fans clash with West Brom supporters and stewards with ‘missiles’ thrown after pitch invasion
SOUTHAMPTON fans clashed with West Brom supporters after the play-off semi-final.
The Saints had booked their spot in the play-off final against Leeds with a stomping 3-1 win at St Mary's.
However, the victory was marred by fan trouble at the full-time whistle.
Supporters from both clubs stormed the pitch as there were some ugly scenes.
Southampton fans were seen throwing bottles and flares into the Baggie's end.
There were also some physical clashes.

Police and security staff managed to restore order a couple of minutes before the pitch was cleared.
Footage of the incidents emerged on social media.
One clip showed West Brom manager Carlos Corberan and his players trying to applaud the travelling fans as Saints supporters rushed past them.
As the fans on the pitch started to approach the West Brom end the players were quickly escorted away.
Another video shows the two rival fan bases chanting at each other while there was a red flare set off on the pitch.
There were further claims online that missiles were being thrown on the pitch.
Meanwhile, Southampton booked their spot in the final and will face Leeds United.
Goals from Will Smallbone and Adam Armstrong were enough o seal the win despite Cedric Kipre's late consolation.
Leeds sealed their place in the final as they demolished Norwich City 4-0 at Elland Road on Thursday night.
The result led to the Canaries sacking manager David Wagner.
