Charlotte Crosby reveals exactly how much she weighs as she vows to lose even more weight on post-baby diet

CHARLOTTE Crosby has revealed that she now weighs 11.1 stone, just 16 months after giving birth to her first child.

The reality star welcomed her baby girl, Alba Jean in October 2022 and has been on a mission to shift her pregnancy weight ever since.

Now that the 33 year has old has got her weight down to 71 kg or 11.1, she seems determined to achieve her ultimate fitness goal. 

Charlotte whose partner is Jake Ankers, swears by the BlitznBurn Fitness app, offering a series of safe 10-15 minute post-partum exercises a day, designed to build strength and stamina.

The TV star posted a list of goals on social media with her new weight and her to do list for 2024 including, ‘Improve fitness, lose weight, be consistent.’

Speaking previously about her fitness regime, Charlotte explained how she started to feel good after just 14 days of using the app.

She said: "After just two weeks of implementing 10-20 minute work outs, in each day, as well as little family walks, I am finally seeing some differences."

But the reality star also admitted that pregnancy weight gain left her feeling embarrassed about her body, which motivated her to slim down.

She said previously: "I am actually embarrassed about how unfit and out of shape I am. I feel like I should have tried to keep this up through my pregnancy but my pregnancy was absolutely HORRID."

Despite her best attempts to appear relatable to other new mums, Charlotte then found herself the target of online abuse, after an onslaught of trolls mum-shamed her for putting exercise over parenting.

One wrote: "She literally had the baby a few weeks ago. She needs to calm down and have a day off."
