My Shein Christmas dress was £7.70 from their plus size collection & super sparkly – people said I looked ‘beautiful’
A WOMAN has shared how she found a great Christmas party dress from Shein’s plus size collection.
The sparkly silver number with a halter neck design caught her eye when she was doing some internet shopping – and the ridiculously low price tag made it even better.
The dress, called the Privé Plus Slit Hem Ruched Halter Neck Metallic Dress, is currently priced at just £11 with a further 30% off, making it approximately £7.70.
Once she saw it, TikTok user Shapes & Shadows pressed order and waited for her delivery.
When it arrived, she was quick to model it for her 43k followers, asking them what they thought of the simple but stunning gown.
And the Irish woman, who shares plus size fashion advice, was instantly inundated with compliments.

The video posted on Shapes & Shadows, aka @shapesandshadows, gained hundreds of likes.
While many of her followers rushed to comment on the clip – hailing the dress as a real keeper.
One person said: “Keep it, beautiful on.”
A second social media user added: “You look absolutely gorgeous in it.”
Another TikToker joined in the compliments, as they wrote: “It looks so good on you!”
While others also said that she looked “fabulous” and “stunning.”
On Shein’s website, the dress has similarly strong reviews from impressed customers looking for something to wear over the festive season.
It has gained a rating of 4.77 out of 5, with fashion fans saying it was the perfect outfit to make sure you are dressed to impress.
One customer wrote: “This dress is beautiful and the material is very soft.
“I wore it for a birthday party and I have a lot of compliments. I recommend it.”
A second was in agreement as they added: “This dress is amazing.
