Side hustles have seen a huge increase in the past couple of years with sites like eBay and Vinted providing easy and accessible communication between seller and buyer.

But whilst many of us think Vinted is a simple site to get rid of old clothes one woman is proving you can actually make a lot of money if you are smart about what you sell.

Tea has confessed she made over £80 on Vinted in just 48 hours and most of it she made by buying other people's clothes and reselling them.

The seller shared a breakdown of just how much she made and what she found in a TikTok video online.

One of the biggest sales she made was a lush vintage fur coat which she managed to get for just £4.50 but she sold on Vinted for £22.

The fashion fan confessed it has been hard to let go.

She said: “I genuinely wanted to keep it for myself it such a wonderful vintage piece! But then I see my wardrobe and I’m like.”

Tea decided to get rid of one of her old red jumpers but not for pennies she got £8 for it.

She also said goodbye to a pair of white joggers which she managed to get £4 for.

Her light blue jumper also went for £8 on the clothes-selling app.
