LOVE Island All Star’s Molly Smith has undergone a full body transformation since she shot to fame on the show back in 2020.
The 29-year-old has been flashing her new set of pearly white teeth after upgrading her smile before her appearance on the ITV show, which is filmed in South Africa.
The star also admitted to having a breast augmentation last year.
Far from keeping her surgery secret like others in the public eye, Molly has been happy to share her tips and tweaks.

Taking to Tik Tok, Molly showed off her new teeth with before and after pictures, after having had the composite bonding dental procedure that is popular among reality TV stars.
But onlookers were quick to criticise. One wrote: “Joining the piano key teeth”. While another wrote, “Looking better before with natural teeth.” Meanwhile a third said, “Oh Jesus another one bites the Sam Gowland dust.”
A reference to the Geordie Shore star who loves to draw attention to his Hollywood smile.
Last year the TV star revealed the results of a ‘perfect boob job’ with a series of revealing bikini snaps.
Molly went under the knife in November 2021 with The Transform Clinic, in a bid to boost her assets after she was body shamed for her petite frame.
The TV personality first came to public attention after joining the sixth series of Love Island in 2020 where she met fellow contestant Callum Jones, 27, and the pair formed an instant bond.
Their relationship continued after leaving the show, with the couple setting up home together in Manchester until their shock split last September.
After their surprise meet up in the house, fans are now eagerly waiting to see whether they will choose to couple up again or find another outlet for love.
