Two clients Dr Bawa has helped are a swinger couple in their forties, who wanted to make the most of their encounters at their monthly swinger’s events.
Dr Bawa says: "They actually met at a swinger's event and got married, and now they swing together.
"The husband was worried about having a case of erectile dysfunction or difficulty performing under the pressure of new "hookups", while the wife wanted to enhance her sensations during sex and have better orgasms with new partners.

"We ended up giving him his dream penis, and he definitely got the increased confidence in the bedroom he had been seeking.
