My grandma is 92 but people say she looks ‘62 at most,’ her skincare is so low maintenance anyone can copy

A WOMAN has shared her grandma's skincare regime that throws into question everything we've been taught.

This 92-year-old looks amazing, but could easily pass for "62 at most."

Her complexion is down to a low-maintenance routine that anyone can copy.

Kelly Wood Clark (@kellywoodclark) introduced her 44,000 followers to her grandma.

She was responding to a comment from one of her viewers, who was curious about her grandma's youthful looks.

They said: “She’s so beautiful. She aged amazingly. Your grandma needs to give me some tips like that.”

So, Kelly sat grandma down for the low-down on her skincare regime.

It didn't take long to work out that there wasn't very much to it.

“Like she looks 62 at most," Kelly said in her post. “She’s magic and she’s amazing.”

Grandma could only smile: “Thank you, but I’m 92," she said.

But Kelly dug a bit deeper: “What is your secret to looking like you were almost half your age?"

Her reply was a simple one: “Keep busy. I’m busy in the yard and I’m busy in the house."

Kelly could vouch for her activity levels: “She’s definitely very active.”

She was impressed on another level too: “Beyond the physical, I’m always impressed how sharp she’s remained.”

As far as creams, when to use and what to use, she offered another simple response.

“Do you do creams, night mask?" asked Kelly.

This prompted a shake of the head from grandma: “No, no, no. I put face cream on in the morning. But nothing at night."

Neither did she apply sunblock when she was working outside.

“Sunscreen? No. I don’t even wear a hat when I’m out in the yard. Which I know I should.”

Commenters adored this grandma in her ninth decade.

“My grandma had the same spirit at 97. That’s why my daughter is named after her. Grandmothers are such a gift," said this person.
