While you can get some stickered goods when M&S first opens, as they've been stickered the night before, it's not the best time to go.

"The best yellow stickers go on at about 3 or 4 o'clock depending on the store," self-confessed "freeloader" Chaz said in a video on his TikTok page.

However, if you can hold out until 6pm, that's when the "double yellow stickers go on".

"And if you can hold out til 8pm, that's when you get "the very best deals to be had".

"They're practically giving it away!" Chad insisted.

And the comments section was immediately filled with people thanking Chaz for sharing the secrets.

"My fav thing as an M&S worker is the regulars coming in bang on time during second reductions," one wrote.

"Now everybody knows, I’ll never find any Plant Kitchen goodness," another said.

"Ah you’re a modern day hero," a third praised.

"We sticker everything but food on the move the night before, the sandwiches etc are done around 2-3pm depending on what time the store is open til," someone else commented.

"All yellow stickers should be removed at the very end of the day when store closed as all food items go to 90% off as it has that day’s date on it," another said.

"Then in the morning 1st reductions start for that day so items will be reduced just not as much."

But not everyone was impressed, with one asking: "Why would go to M&S as certain times to get food that’s about to expire when I can get Aldi/lidl food half the price?"

"Because M&S food is far better. Aldi is very poor quality," another hit back.

"It’s not good as it used to be," someone else insisted.
