Nigel Farage’s girlfriend Laure splashes out his £1.5m I’m A Celeb fee on HUGE pile of shopping in Australia
NIGEL Farage’s girlfriend Laure Ferrari has been making the most of her time in Australia – and his huge pay cheque.
The 44-year-old French woman was spotted coming back to her luxury hotel laden with bags after enjoying a shopping spree.
At one point, Laure managed to drop the bags as her hands were so full and she struggled to hold them all.
Nigel is said to be the highest paid I’m A Celebrity contestant of all time – with a huge £1.5 million fee.
Laure has previously not spoken out about life with Nigel, but shed some light on it when she landed in Australia.
Speaking about their six years together, she revealed: “Life at home with Nigel is very good.

"The hoovering though? He definitely doesn’t do any of that.
"The one thing he is very good at though is doing the dishes — he’s really, really good at that.”
The pair met in 2007 when Laure was 28 and working as a waitress in Strasbourg, France
Nigel then appointed her as a parliamentary assistant and from there she was made PR director of his parliamentary group Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy.
Sixteen years later, she is backing her man in camp, adding in earlier interviews: “I’m not a secret. I’m here, I do exist and I do support Nigel. It’s very important for me to say that.”
The UKip leader's daughter Izzy, 18, is also in Brisbane to support him.
Nigel is dad to sons Thomas and Samuel with his first wife Gráinne Hayes and Victoria and Isabelle with Kirsten Mehr.
Meanwhile, Nigel’s team aren’t happy about his lack of airtime over the past week or so.
The politician is getting paid a whopping £65k a day and he’s made no secret of wanting to get nominated for trials, because he thinks it guarantees 25% of the air time.
But fans think he’s been noticeably absent in recent days – and his camp aren’t happy about it either.
They commented on X: “Apologies to all the ITV viewers who blinked between 9pm-10:20pm this evening.. You probably missed Nigel.”
