‘Oliver Bonas vibes’ shoppers race to Home Bargains for chic lamps that are under £8 & they’ll even work in a power cut
WITH Storm Henk causing chaos around the country, lots of us are experiencing power cuts.
But one woman has shared the genius lamp she's found - which looks super cute and works even if your electricity is off.
Alice took to TikTok to rave about her new purchases from Home Bargains, revealing she'd bought one before going back for another.
"I've got what I think might be one of the best budget friendly lighting options I've ever found," she began.
"I saw these just off the cuff last week, the week before Christmas, and I picked one up - these battery powered lamps - and I love it so much that I went to buy another one.
"I've looked high and low for wireless lamps that aren't ridiculously expensive.

There's some really nice brands out there like Pooky who do these beautiful lights, but they're like retailing for nearly £100.
"These ones I'm pretty sure were £7.99.
"They do them in pink as well, but the white for me is a lot more neutral. Kinda fits my theme."
All you need is two AAA batteries for each, and you can then put them "anywhere".
"It's so handy if you've got areas of your home when you don't have plugs," she continued.
"There's quite a few areas in my new build where there's just not a plug on a wall where it feels like it should be a plug.
"These are amazing!"
Alice went on to show that she'd put one of the lamps on the shelves in her kitchen - to provide some light but also to "add a little but of warmth" to the room.
And then she put the other one on her table, to light things up as she worked from home.
"I absolutely love these and for £7.99 you cannot go wrong," she gushed.
"What a bargain!
"All the white ones are sold out on my local Home Bargains, but definitely go and have a look and see if you can find them."
"I’m going to get one for the bathroom because I hate having a bath with the big light on," one person commented on Alice's video.
To which she replied: "Omg this is such a good idea!!"
"How long do the batteries last?" another asked.
With Alice responding: "I left mine on all week by accident and just had to change them, so I guess that’s about 150 ish hours".
"They give me Oliver Bonas vibes," a third praised.
