In his viral video, the unnamed TikTok user shared an insight into his blended family's life.

He revealed that he fathered two children who were born just two months apart.

And while many might assume this was the result of the affair, the two mums not only knew about each other but are in a relationship together with the dad.

Their polygamous set-up involves the three adults raising their six blended children together.

This means that the two pre-teen girls are only a month apart in age and the mums were both pregnant at the same time with the two latest additions.

Referring to the two women as "sister wives," the TikToker revealed the main things they have learned in their unique family set-up.

This included prioritising comprehending as well as communication in their relationship.

He also advised any women who are sharing a partner to take time without him to bond.

They pointed out that understanding it's not a competition is a key to success in polyagmy.

Despite the family's happy arrangement, not everyone was sold on the lifesetyle.

One unimpressed TikTok user described the family's set-up as "sad."

"They got the same hair in the back, almost twins," pointed out another viewer.

"Met a guy who said he had twins and they were in fact two kids," shared a third person.

"Just call them twins at this point," suggested another follower.

"My uncle, the two mums had their babies on the same day," said one commenter.

What is polyamory?

Polyamory is the practice of having romantic relationships with more than one person at the same time, with the knowledge and consent of all parties.

It can refer to relationships where one person has multiple partners or spouses, or where all parties are in a relationship with each other, for example in a throuple.
