Fortnite Lego Collab: Release date and everything we know so far

THE Big Bang is almost here, and the Fortnite map is about to blow up.

However, this event is not just the end of Chapter 4, but also the beginning of Chapter 5.

This new chapter will bring plenty of new things, including a new map, skins, weapons and more.

However, very little has been officially announced but there have been plenty of teasers that we can look at.

Here’s everything we know about Fortnite Chapter 5 and any potential collaborations.

Fortnite Chapter 5: Is Lego collaborating with Fortnite?

Nothing has been officially announced about Lego collaborating with Fortnite, but we can say with certainty that something is in the works.

On November 21, 2023, the official Lego Twitter account posted an image of a Lego version of Fortnite’s Loot Llama.

A week later, on November 28, 2023, it was announced that you can now link your Lego account to your Epic Games account, which is the account you use to log in to Fortnite.

There were a number of interesting tweets made in response to this announcement.

The first was a Twitter user tweeting out a picture of their own Lego Loot Llama, which was shown in the previous teaser.

Another user asked why they would want to link the two accounts to which Lego responded: “Board the bus now, find out later.”

The tweet also linked to a URL which reads ‘llook who it is”, using the double-l from llama.

From these tweets, it seems certain that the two are collaborating, but we are unsure if this is simply Fortnite-themed Lego sets like the ones in the teaser, or if there will be Lego-themed outfits in Fortnite as well.

Fortnite Chapter 5: When will the Lego x Fortnite collab begin?

From the dates included, it seems that any collaboration between Fortnite and Lego will begin after the new chapter begins.

Fortnite’s downtime for the new chapter will start at 4:30am UK time on December 3, and it will last for several hours.

This means that the collab will likely launch on December 3, or a few days afterwards.
