She went on to thank her co-stars from The Real Housewives of Cheshire who have been supporting her throughout her time on Big Brother.
Lauren said: "I also want to say a big massive thank you to my girlies, The Real Housewives of Cheshire, who have laughed and cried, with me and at me, and taken the time to vote and send messages.
"Honestly girls, I love you all so much. I know exactly where you are even though the rest of the world doesn't. Have the best time and I'm missing you all!"
About the Big Brother house, Lauren said: "Yeh yeh, I'm missing it a little bit, just a little bit."
Lauren was up to face the public vote alongside Fern Britton and Louis Walsh and after receiving the fewest votes, she was evicted.
Lauren previously feuded with Zeze Millz after Big Brother exposed a convesation she had with Louis.
Lauren, who tried to work out who nominated her, said about Zeze: "She hates me."
After learning what had been said, Zeze told them: “I’m not bothered. I just don’t like the word hate. It’s a strong word. We’ve never had a conversation where you could feel like I hate you.”
Lauren tried to explain, saying: “I’m going to tell you the conversation. When I was making the fruit salad, you took the oranges and did it your way. You went over to the table in front of my face and said ‘This isn’t good enough for Lauren’. It wasn’t banter. It was rude to me.”
Zeze replied: “Come and talk to me then. Don’t use the word hate because you know it’s not hate.”
Asked how she was feeling by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best as she walked out, she said: "I'm feeling overwhelmed. I've had the most amazing time."
