Holidaymaker reveals easy way to keep valuables safe on holiday – but not everyone is convinced
A SAVVY traveller has revealed an easy trick they used to keep their valuables safe when travelling.
The short clip has been ridiculed after the video shows how the creator protects their valuables while travelling.
In the short video, the creator wrote "I do this when travelling" and began to wrap their valuable items into a nappy.
They put money, a passport, a gold necklace and a wedding ring inside, wrapped it up and wrote "travel safety hack when the hotel has no safe".
The TikTok channel, called the JeffandLaurenshow, has amassed nearly 83,000 followers and four million likes.
Their travel safety hack video gathered a whopping two million views.

Their entire channel is dedicated to revealing new daily hacks to make people's lives easier.
However, many have poked fun as hundreds of users left comments.
Many joked about how they revealed their secret hiding place for their valuables.
Shante said: "Now everyone knows where to look for valuable items."
While another user wrote: "Aaaannnnnnndddd only told the whole world about it."
Others questioned the practicality of the hack.
Morris wrote: "Yep... And how do you show your passport to board and enter countries if you leave it in your suitcase?"
Sia added: "Never ever leave valuables in a suitcase!!!"
From reading the comments it's fair to say the majority of people were not impressed with this travel hack with Steve adding: "Absolutely not."
