“The first one is hyaluronic acid, I use The Ordinary.
“It’s great for keeping the moisture barrier intact and keeps your skin hydrated.”
She held up a bottle of The Ordinary’s Hyaluronic Acid 2% which costs $9 on the brand’s website.
It is described as being a water-based serum that’s suitable for all skin types.
The product description says, “A hydrator that smooths and plumps with hyaluronic acid.”
Lila continued her recommendations with Depology’s Matrixyl 3000 collagen serum, which costs $40.
“Number two is peptides, I love, love peptides,” she said applying drops of Matrixyl 3000 to her face.
“Instant results with them as well as long-term benefits to your skin - plumps, reduces fine lines.
“And third but not last, a vitamin C serum.
“This one is from Indeed Labs,” she said holding up the product, which is sold on Amazon for $40.50.
“What this does is it helps with any type of skin scarring like acne or dark spots.
“It also brightens and over time gives skin that beautiful glow.”
She reassured her viewers that it’s possible to achieve glowing skin over the age of 50 in the caption of her video.
“Incorporate these three products into your skincare for plump, glowy skin,” she said.
Almost 36,000 people liked the viral video and hundreds of viewers took to the comment section to share whether or not they had tried any of the products.
Lila revealed the order she uses the beauty staples to achieve the best results.
“I don’t use them all together because peptides and Vit C don’t mix well,” she said.
